Marco Luxe Retreat / Waterfront

We had a great stay here. The host was extremely responsive. We got in very late at night due to flight difficulties, but they still responded to our question at midnight! They delivered what we needed in the morning. We had enough beach chairs, umbrellas, and big beach towels. The house was spacious and clean. The canal access was excellent for our rented boat. Very comfortable and easy stay!

This place is as advertised. Definitely a multi-million dollar home on the water. The fit and finish of the interior is amazing and the outside patio is awesome with outdoor kitchen. Bathrooms are amazing and the beds are comfortable. Plenty of room in the common areas and if needed, a few air mattresses would fit to expand you sleeping needs. Water access for the boat is great, but you do have to go under a bridge to get in and out. I believe the average high tide clearance is about 9'6". Our 25' Center console with a t-top fit under with about 10 inches to spare during high tide. Also for those bringing a boat, you cannot store the trailer on the property. There is a marina down the street. $35 per day. The one downside of this house was that their is a water treatment facility located right on the other side of the canal. Its not horrible but if the wind is blowing in the wrong direction, you do get an mildly unpleasant smell. It's tolerable but noticeable.

La realidad de la propiedad superó las expectativas de las fotos, la limpieza impecable, el comfort espectacular, las vistas preciosas, la playa divina,entretenimientos perfectos para los niños, comodidades para ir a la playa( sillas, sombrillas, carrito para transportarlas, inflables, artículos para jugar en la arena) el espacio y el ambiente de la casa adecuados para sentirse a gusto, pasé unos días espectaculares con mi familia y quiere decirle que de ahora en lo adelante lo pienso repetir una y otra vez. Para terminar le diré que el que quiera rentarse y sentirse a gusto lo haga aquí 110% recomendados,
